Open This Little Book is an adorable and original meta-book about animals reading books — the book opens up to reveal a mini book, which you open up to reveal an even smaller book, and so on. The amount of detail and thought put into the illustrations is incredible too.
My daughter fell in love with the book at first sight, but I wouldn’t trust the younger toddlers to handle it alone, since the mini books inside require care to turn the pages.
