In My Heart by Jo Witek and Christine Roussey

This is an adorable and well-designed picture book on feelings β€” in particular, the overlapping diecut hearts are genius and have a tactile appeal.

With the easy-to-understand metaphors used, it’s a cinch for kids learn all the different ways that a heart can feel, and be reassured by knowing that even when they are angry or down, such feelings don’t stay forever.
